One Source Personnel has an experienced staff specializing in the placement of information technology and executive level personnel. We are keenly aware that your highest priority in hiring is recruitment of the best possible candidate. To this end, we offer the quality of service and integrity of performance you expect, at a reasonable cost. The Internet is a useful tool but not to be relied upon completely. Monster.com claims 18% of the American workforce are on their site (inflated, but let’s give the benefit of doubt). Assuming that 18% represents a cross-section of the entire workforce (also a stretch), only 18% of the BEST POSSIBLE employees are made available. Where do they live? Will they relocate? What about salary? Because our applicant sources are primarily through referrals and directly recruited candidates, we can provide a superior individual to you. We work on a contingency basis, which means there is no charge for our service unless you employ a candidate we locate for you.

Our Guarantee:

One Source Personnel will unconditionally guarantee permanently placed candidates for 60 days from the date of hire. If that candidate is no longer in your company’s employ within that period, for any reason, One Source Personnel, Inc. will replace that candidate with another of equal caliber or refund the fee, at your discretion.
