Karen Hardin has been in the recruiting industry since 1997. She has recruited for large international clients and smaller independently owned organizations, from the "C" level to the Director of First Impressions, and enjoys the challenges inherent to filling each role. She also enjoys, and has been especially effective, when faced with searches that require the learning and retention of new/specialized detail associated with unique job descriptions. He has been Director of US Based Recruiting for four years, an Operations Manager and CRM in both the UK and Australia, and an IT/Software recruiting specialist for three years. In addition, Kiran has invaluable experience coordinating complex H1B Visa processing since 2005.
Melissa Angel has been recruiting since 1993 (starting on her 16th birthday!) and has done placement ranging from administrative to C-level on a local, national and international level in all verticals for companies ranging from medium to Fortune 500 in size. Melissa is especially adept at identifying candidates who have the intangibles that are always the key factor in determining a perfect fit for both our clients and our candidates.

Jodee
Hinnenkamp received her B.S degree from SCSU in Mass Communications - Public Relations and has been recruiting since 1998 for a diverse pool of clients around the world ranging from start-up ventures to Fortune 100 companies.
As a recruiter, Jodee understands the value of her relationship as a trusted member of the team with clients. She has become known as the “HR Trouble Shooter” for thinking outside the box in order to locate that often difficult to find top-performing candidate. Yes, her mind works in mysterious ways, but who can argue with results!
Jodee has become a "go-to" person on the team due to her uncanny ability to identify candidates that are a remarkable fit for job descriptions that seem to defy conventional recruiting efforts. You will be hard-pressed to present Jodee with a recruiting puzzle she can't solve.
Jodee currently resides in Minnesota "Where even a man who wears a feather boa can grow up to be Governor."
Kiran Koyyadda has been a trusted and extremely valuable member of the team from the moment he joined. Try to find something this guy can't do. No really, we dare you!

Kiran's list of accomplishments is impressive, including 10 years of successful recruiting experience in the US, UK, Australia, and India principally in the areas of Operations, Sales, Marketing & Business Development, and Consulting with IT organizations.
Kiran possesses a work ethic that is very difficult to appreciate without actually witnessing it in person - something we are fortunate to benefit from directly. He earned a BA in Applied Economics and Politics from Nizam College, Osmania University, in India as well as a Masters in Business Management, Majoring in IT while in England, and is completing an MBA from Odette School of Business, University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. See what we mean? If someone ever discovers how to fit 25 hours into a day, we are certain it will be Kiran.
Satish Kumar
is an accomplished recruiter and an expert at IT Staff Augmentation. His remarkable ability to work effectively with virtually any technology we throw at him, no matter how obscure, is reason enough to trust him with your most challenging requirements but when you add his work ethic, intensity and determination to the equation you have a consistent winner.
Satish has displayed a remarkable ability to grasp the complexities associated with each individual search. Although many candidates might have the ability to write code in .NET or Java, it takes a recruiter with the knowledge of how their skills and background line up with the industry and corporate culture of our client to make a consistent habit of meeting their needs.
