Sales Process Automation Manager - Atlanta

Must be an energetic advocate to drive enhancements to the Sales Force Automation & Lead Management and Sales Management Reporting tools; Optimize sales team adoption of automation tools through programs, and act as IT interface for sales operations projects.

Your Tasks

·         Must be a subject matter expert and leader for defining, innovating and managing the client’s

        sales force automation and lead management tools

·         Develop and maintain a pipeline of SFA enhancements and improvements from industry benchmarking and defined internal needs; Identify opportunities to create efficiencies through technology.

·         Drive sales rep and sales Management adoption of SFA and reporting tools through a planned, developed integrated program.

·         Develop methods of quantifying and measuring impact to sales production; develop business cases for capital investment for future enhancements.

·         Innovate and transition manual sales reporting processes toward automation; Identify reporting needs, write IT requirements and collaborate with IT to deliver automation.

·         Act as primary liaison between Sales Operations and IT for all projects requiring IT resources; writing requirements, communicate regularly with IT; acting as an advocate for sales operations projects.

·         Develop training material and knowledge database of best practices, SFA knowledge, “How to’s”, and other less formal communications to drive knowledge transfer to the sales teams.

·         Manage the lead data vendor relationship and related tools.

Your Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

·         Excellent interpersonal, verbal and communications skills is a must.

·         Must have great presentation skills and be able to get in front of large group to deliver effective training.

·         Ability to solve complex problems through analysis.

·         Proven ability to meet deadlines and deal effectively with the stress of a fast-paced environment.

·         Ability to organize and evaluate office production and procedures and create processes to manage work flow.  Process oriented, but flexible around business needs.

·         Able to multi-task effectively.

·         Must be proficient at analyzing data and finding trends.

·         Proficient at using Microsoft office software: MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Schedule Plus, etc.

 

Minimum 5 years experience managing SFA or similar tools in a vendor and/or end-user environment.

1.    A sales or entrepreneurial background - preferably coming from a classic sales or sales operations position and moving toward an SFA role over the course of his/her career.

2.    The ability to understand the impact of SFA initiatives from a salesperson's point of view.

3.    Strong pursasive skills vs. internal and external contacts.

4.    A Big 4 consulting background.

Compensation

85-92k plus bonus and an exceptional benefit package.
